Our Services include completing a relationship assessment and, upon payment, receiving a relationship report. The assessment and reports are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice. Our assessments are based on the principles of Schema Therapy, but they are not a substitute for professional therapy or advice.
You acknowledge and agree that the full results of the relationship assessment will only be available upon payment of the specified fee. While the initial assessment is free, parts of the final report will be blurred, and you will be prompted to make a payment to access the full report. This information is provided upfront in compliance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
Payment: Users must pay the specified fee to receive their relationship report. All payments must be made through our designated payment processor.
Refunds: Refunds are not provided once a relationship report has been delivered. If you believe there has been an error, please contact us at hello@honoapp.com. In cases where a refund is deemed appropriate at our sole discretion, it will be processed in accordance with our refund policy outlined on our website.
